2008- FALL COED League

Tuesday Nights

Dates: September 23, 30, October 7, 14, 21, 28, November 4 / Championships start 11/11

Times: 7pm - 11pm

7 Regular Season Games plus Championships

Games: (3) 12 minute periods
Registration Deadline: September 16th
Who: Adult -19yrs and up

Format: 4 v 4 plus a goalie

	Coed Division: 3 Men and 1 Women on the court at all times. (4 court players plus a goalie)
	Minimum 9 player roster per team
	Individuals who sign up will be placed on a house team providing there are enough individual players

Price: $85 per each team player / $85 Individual**

Referee Fee: $10 per night per Team - Teams are responsible for a referee fees each night

Forfeit Fee: $50 - Pre Paid with a check or credit card with the Team Registration. Any unused portion of the Forfeit Fee will be returned at the end of the league.

Thursday Nights

Dates: September 25 October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, November 6 / Championships start 11/13

Times: 7pm - 11pm

7 Regular Season Games plus Championships
Registration Deadline: TBD
Who: Adult -19yrs and up

Format: 4 v 4 plus a goalie - (3) 12 minute periods

Price: $85 per each team player / $85 Individual**

Wednesday Nights

Dates: September 24 October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, November 5 / Championships start 11/12

Times: 5:45 pm - 9pm

7 Regular Season Games plus Championships
Registration Deadline: September 16, 2008

Age Groups

        Penguin: Ages 7 - 9

         Beavers: Ages 10 - 12

         Cadet: Ages 13 - 15

         Freshman: Ages 16-18

Format: 5 v 5 plus a goalie

Freshman & Cadet Games played in (3) 10 -minute periods with a 3 minute break between periods (2 minutes between games)

Beaver & Penguin Games played in (3) 8 -minute periods with a 3 minute break between periods (3 minutes between games)

Price: $95 per each team player / $95 Individual** (Includes Referee Fees)

Minimum 9 players per Team Roster

EQUIPMENT: All players will be required to wear the following equipment:

	Helmet with full-face cage/shield
	Approved street hockey shin pads
	Gloves
	DEK hockey stick
	Elbow pads

** Winning Edge will do it's best to form teams for Individual sign ups or place them on existing teams.

League OVERVIEW

Plastic Floor Hockey Balls Will Be Used
Ties during the Regular Season remain as a Tie

Total Points Determines Standings: 3 points for a Win, 2 points for a Tie and 0 points for a Lose.

· A running clock will be used for the entire game

· Adult Teams must provide and wear their own goggles and mouth guards - not mandatory

Men's League players must wear shin guards and gloves

· High School & Youth Teams must provide and wear approved shin pads, elbow pads (highly recommended); Dek hockey stick, any style gloves (fingers cannot show), and a full helmet with a cage with mouth guard

· Adult Coed played in (3) 12 -minute periods with a 2 minute break between periods (2 minutes between games)

Adult Men's played in (3) 12 -minute periods with a 2 minute break between periods (2 minutes between games)

High School Games played in (3) 10 -minute periods with a 2 minute break between periods (2 minutes between games)

· Youth Games played in (3) 8 -minute periods with a 3 minute break between periods (3 minutes between games)

· Games will Start at their Scheduled Times.

· NO CHECKING, HIGH STICKING ROUGHING ETC.

· Sudden Death overtime/Shootout will be used only in the playoffs

· Adult - Players per side: 4 v 4 plus goalie

· Adult Coed League: 3 men and 1 women (3 men max.)

· Players must provide their own equipment ( including the goalies)
